APPLICATIONS:

On automatic production lines for medium-big volumes.

MAIN FEATURES:

Test on a 4-station rotary table with manual loading (or automatic under request).

Unloading and automatic separation with the use of manipulator of a good and rejected pieces on separate pallet lines.

Supply dc (0-16 V – 2.000A) for starter supply.

Brushless motors to stop the motor and torque reading (50Nm) with the use of a torsi metric joint and turns number.

Automatic system for electric and mechanical connection (dragging mechanism)

Vibrations detection.

STANDARD TESTS:

Applying one or more braking torque values, the absorbed current is detected, for turns number and rotation sense.
