FUNCTION:

Complete test for any type of armature, for automotive and on 2 different workplaces.

APPLICATION:

On armatures of any dimension, both for production and regeneration components.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Two workplaces: 1 for radial blades for armatures and 1 for frontal blades
• Mechanical contact system, studied to make 5 contact points on any armature type and dimension, to measure the welding resistance
• Blocking and dragging of the rotors under test with the use of pneumatic tailstocks
• Integral accident prevention protection
• This solution allows to have only one machine to test both types, with an evident and sensible cost saving

STANDARD TESTS:

• Measurement of windings ohmic resistance
• Measurement of the welding resistance with max current of max 10A and minimum 5µΩ
• Measurement insulation resistance
• Dielectric strength test
• SURGE to detect short coils and connections precision of each coil

OPTIONS:
