Alternators safety and functional final test.

APPLICATION:

On automatic lines for medium-big productions.

MAIN FEATURES:

Test on rotary table, with manual loading (or automatic under request), unloading and automatic separation with the use of a manipulator of good and rejected pieces on separate pallet lines. Stamping or punching with type and serial number of good pieces. Detection of current characteristic curves.

Colour ink branding for the various typologies of reject.

Dragging with the use of a belt with automatic insertion.

Indicative cycle time: 12 – 15 sec.

STANDARD TESTS:

Measurement of supplied currents on programmable loadings, with 3 or 4 speeds (usually 1750, 6.000 and 17.000 rpm)

Vibrations detection.

OTHER FEATURES:

Test on fixed station with manual loading and unloading.
