Any type of winding with max 32 terminals. Medium-big production volumes, also with automatic systems.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Complete tests programmability, including rotation through configurator
• Customised programming key for winding connected to one another
• Test voltage: 4KV max
• Connection clamps to the stator under test: from 2 to 32 in groups of 2
• Tracking assembly with 1 or 2 workplaces
• DATA-BASE management on the company server

STANDARD TESTS:

• Ohmic resistance with compensation at ambient temperature
• Insulation resistance measurement (OPTION)
• Dielectric strength: max 4KV a.c.
• Surge: max 4KV
• Rotation sensor of the field

OPTIONS:

Twenty-one standard options to adapt the test to personal needs, such as partial discharge detection (PDV), infrared sensor for the exact winding temperature, automatic labelling machine, air conditioner, etc.
