FUNCTION:

Tests on 12 – 24 V. starter motors. Simulation of all use conditions.

APPLICATIONS:

Laboratory tests and different small productions.

MAIN FEATURES:

• Stabilised 0 – 30 Vdc programmable supply with max 3.000 A. Possibility to test at constant voltage or current.
• Brake with the use of an adequate torque brushless motor
• Semi-automatic fixing mechanical-pneumatic system, mechanical contact and connection to the brake
• Forced ventilation for duration tests
• Registration and memorisation of all measured values

STANDARD TESTS:

• Free of load tests: with turns number detection (max 10.000 Vpm), free of load current, rotation sense
• Loading tests: once the torque is set, the turns number is detected, as well as the absorbed power with the possibility of ramp or steps.
• Vibrations detection with the use of an accelerometer
