FUNCTION:

Test of electric motors for laboratory purpose, with detection of the characteristic curves for every single parameter. MAIN FEATURES:
• The system is composed of 2 parts:
– control unit and parameters measurement;
– mechanical bench for motor fixing and connection to brake
• Brake according to the motor features: hysteresis, brushless, mechanical
• Motor support, adjustable on 3 axis for a precise connection to the brake
• Power supply: stabilised, at adjustable voltage, different frequencies or in d.c.
• Curves detected in graph or tables and displayed on the screen

POSSIBLE TESTS:

• On load, constant turns, constant torque, torque ramp
• Test with blocked rotor
• Detection of curves for: torque, turns, current, power, Cosfi, performance
• Life test
• Measurement of electric parameters with stabilised, voltage and power supply
