FUNCTION:

Dynamic tests managed by PC for the detection of electric motor characteristics

USE:

Electric motors in alternated and continue current, with torque values up to 100Nm.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

The bench is composed of:

ELECTRONIC PART:
• Industrial PC
• Acquisition boards of the various parameters:
– Voltage, current, power, cosfi.
– Dynamometric section for the detection of the torque and turns number

All parameters can be set separately.
The tests can be parameterised and performed both on every point and on the complete acquisition of the curves, with ascending ramps and total test time.
The SOFTWARE in LabView ambient permits the immediate visualisation of the detected values, in table and graphic (curve) format and with the possibility of matching the various parameters to the Cartesian axis to allow all the possible combinations.
Curves can be printed in one diagram, individually or superimposed.

DYNAMOMETRIC UNIT: it can be composed of brushless brakes or with parasitic currents.
