FUNCTION:

Complete automatic test on rotating table, with marking of good pieces and possible destruction of rejected pieces.

USE:

Big volumes of supply cords with any type of plug.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Cords with a max length of 2m can be tested directly, while from 2 to 50m the cable is winded on a winding.
MECHANICAL PART: It is composed of a rotating table with 12 stations:
I, II, III, IV – Stations for manual loading and available for other applications
V – Detection of the exact position of the G-V ground conductor with the use of the optical sensor
VI – Continuity test of conductors
VII – Measure of the insulation resistance among conductors
VIII – Dielectric strength test among conductors
IX – Skin-test test of the plug up to 5KV.
X – Hot stamping of good conductors
XI – With the use of a shear, cutting of defected cords
XII – Automatic unloading of good cords with counting and notice of the programmed batch, ready for packing.

• Interchangeable blocks for various types of plugs
